Silencing fear to appear confident
Ignoring overwhelm to keep up with expectations
Over time, this builds up. Our nervous system starts to operate in a state of chronic stress or shutdown. And even when we want to move forward, take action, or feel joy, we might feel blocked, frozen, or disconnected from ourselves.
